The room was exceptionally large, with two double beds that provided a very sound sleep while listening to the waves. Convenient beach access made our stay even more enjoyable.

pleasant stay but service inconsistency
The hotel was clean, and the room was well-appointed with modern furnishings. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions. The female receptionist on duty the next day provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist us.
However, the male receptionist we encountered at check-in was unhelpful concerning our request for a late check-out.

The Deluxe Twin room was super clean and modern, with a lovely scandi vibe. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy—slept like a baby! The pool and gym looked great, but we didn't have much time to check them out. I really enjoyed the little touches, like the variety of pillows.

The hotel has a beautiful property and an excellent location just a 2-minute walk from the main shops. The clean, modern room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the restaurant's food service and the use of Te Reo Maori for signage throughout the hotel. Free parking was an added convenience during my stay.

The saltwater pool was a highlight, and the food options were delicious at the on-site restaurant. We could easily visit Dolphin Encounter and Point Kean Viewpoint with just a short drive. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a group getaway.
We did experience some delays with the bar service at the hotel, where it took longer than expected to get our drinks during happy hour.
