    Closets in rooms not yet installed, very inconvenient for hanging clothes!!! Cleaning service left room unserviced until 3 PM, quite disappointing!!! Dining room service was slow, not up to par with pricing!!!

    I had an a nice size room with comfortable bed and a fridge, an electric kettle and an air conditioning. As for me, wake-up service available, and stunning views were advantages. The provided service was exceptional!

    everything there were modern, including clean facilities. the staff was excellent, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. the restaurant here was really nice with excellent staff, we both ordered excellent dishes. the location was unbeatable close to the beach and a 15-minute walk to the centre. the hotel was set in a great area.

    The room was large, with two double beds that provided a very sound sleep while listening to the waves. Convenient beach access.

    pleasant stay but service inconsistency

    The hotel was clean, and the room was well-appointed with modern furnishings. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions. The female receptionist on duty the next day provided really good service and were great too assist us.

    The male receptionist we encountered at check-in was unhelpful concerning our request for a late check-out.

    The Beautiful Twin room was super clean and modern, with a lovely scandi vibe. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy-slept like a baby! The pool and gym looked great, but we didn't have much time to check them out. I really enjoyed the little touches, like the variety of pillows.

    The hotel has a beautiful hotel and an excellent location just a 2-minute walk from the main shops. The clean, modern room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the restaurant's food service and the use of Te Reo Maori for signage throughout the hotel. Free parking was an added convenience .

    Had a blast with my friends here. The saltwater pool was a highlight, and the food options were delicious at the on-site restaurant. We could easily visit Dolphin Encounter and Point Kean Viewpoint with just a short drive. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a group getaway.

    We did experience some delays with the bar service at the hotel, where it took longer than expected to get our drinks during happy hour.
